Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
1. Acceptance
These Terms govern your use of Railo (the "Service"), provided by IWEBai ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Railo GitHub Action or engaging us for a Fix Sprint or Fix Desk, you agree to these Terms. A signed agreement for an engagement takes precedence over them where the two differ. You must be at least 18 and have authority to bind your organization if applicable. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Railo finds security issues in code and fixes the ones it knows with deterministic rules. It is offered as a free GitHub Action that runs in your own CI and proposes fixes as pull request suggestions or fix pull requests, and as Fix Sprint and Fix Desk engagements, in which we fix findings in your repositories as pull requests for your team to review. The hosted GitHub App and its dashboard are paused.
3. Your Obligations
You agree to provide accurate information, use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and GitHub's Terms and Acceptable Use Policies, and not use it to probe, attack, or abuse third-party systems. You are responsible for reviewing and approving every change Railo proposes before it is merged.
4. GitHub Terms and Policies
Railo works through GitHub. Your use is also subject to GitHub's Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policies. We are not responsible for GitHub's availability or policies.
5. Billing and Payment
The GitHub Action is free. Fix Sprint and Fix Desk prices are published on our website, and the scope, price and payment terms of each engagement are confirmed in writing before work starts. Taxes are your responsibility where applicable.
6. Scope of Engagements
A Fix Sprint covers the findings in the repositories agreed in writing. Findings we cannot fix safely are returned to you with an explanation and the change we recommend, rather than a fix. Work outside the agreed scope needs a new agreement.
7. Intellectual Property
We retain all rights in the Service and our technology; you receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service as permitted. You keep all rights in your code and data; you grant us the rights needed to provide the Service (for example, to read the repositories in scope and to open pull requests and post suggestions). We do not use your code for training AI or other models.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or that fixes we propose are complete or appropriate—you remain responsible for reviewing and approving all changes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for claims arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or USD 100 if no fees were paid). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; our liability is then limited to the maximum permitted by law.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time: remove the Action from your workflows, or end an engagement as its agreement allows. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, non-payment, or operational/legal reasons. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may retain data as in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes and General
We may update these Terms; we will post changes and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of our jurisdiction. Disputes are resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. Questions? Contact zarif.latif@railo.dev.
